Terms of service

WAM is software for running a vehicle wrap and tint shop, provided as a monthly subscription by WAM (Wrap and Manage) at wam.software. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your subscription

Plans bill monthly through Stripe. The base plan is $299 per month with unlimited users. Optional add-ons are the hosted website at $50 per month and a custom domain connection at $5 per month. New accounts start with a 14 day free trial; you can cancel from the billing portal at any time and keep access through the end of the paid period.

Your data

Your customers, quotes, jobs, and messages are yours. If you leave, we will provide an export of your data on request through a support ticket.

Hosted websites and domains

Website designs, templates, and the code that renders them belong to WAM and are not transferrable; the hosted website is part of the subscription while the add-on is active. Your domain name is always yours. If you connect a custom domain and later leave, open a support ticket and we release the domain configuration to you promptly.

Messaging

Two way texting and email are included at normal shop volume. You agree to message only customers who have a relationship with your shop and to honor opt-out requests. Carrier registration requirements for business texting apply.

Payments between you and your customers

Card payments run through your own Stripe account via Stripe Connect. Stripe's terms apply to those charges; WAM does not hold your funds.

The usual conditions

The service is provided as is, without warranty. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. We may update these terms as the product grows; meaningful changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
