Privacy policy

WAM stores the data your shop puts into it: customers, vehicles, quotes, jobs, messages, inventory, and billing records. We use it to run the product for you and for nothing else.

What we collect

Account details (name, email), your shop's business information, and the operational records you create. Messages sent through WAM pass through our messaging providers (Telnyx for SMS, Resend for email) to be delivered.

What we never do

We do not sell your data, we do not market to your customers, and staff only access a shop's account for support, with every access logged.

Processors

Stripe (billing and payments), Google Firebase (sign in and file storage), Telnyx (SMS), Resend (email), and Google Gemini (website copy generation, using only the shop profile you provide). Each processes data only to provide their service.

Removal

Close your account and we delete your shop's data after a 30 day grace window, kept only as long as invoices and tax records legally require. Questions or requests: open a support ticket or email privacy@wam.software.
